Friends and family - this is probably the most obvious one, just ask your friends to get involved and maybe even offer to pay for the offer that they complete.

Post on forums online - why not add your referral link to forums that you regularly visit, either in your signature or start a new topic on it.

Make Flyers, posters etc. - this is a great way to get your link out there, hand out flyers in car parks, outside shopping centres etc., just be creative with how you display your link.

Set up a website - you could set up a website similar to this one, where you outline how the system works and then display your referral links on the website.

Sign up to eXceem - eXceem have a very good trading system where you can either trade a referral for your webiste for a referral on somebody else's or offer cash for referrals on your website.

Sign up to Getref - Getref is quite a useful website where you can either earn credits by signing up to other people's websites or pay a small amount for credits and then offer them to people if they sign up to your website.

Other than that just try and be creative and interesting with how you display your referrral link, you want to get people interested and get them to actually look at your link.
